Full job description
- 4 x 10-hr days or 5 x 8-hr days -- flexible scheduling
- 20 - 24 patients per 7.25 patient-contact hours
- Outpatient only -- no hospital rounding, no call, no OB
- Family practice -- all ages seen, adult-heavy panels
- FQHC or similar experience with underserved populations preferred
- Experience with complex co-morbidities required
- MOUD experience required; HIV experience preferred
- Potential to extend beyond initial coverage period

From $70.00 to $90.00 Hourly
