Registered Nurse- Fulltime- Nursing Pool Nights

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Staff Nurse Pool, Med/Surg
Location: Skokie Hospital, Skokie IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time - 36 hours/week; 12-hour nights
Hours: nights ; standard weekday with weekend rotation
Required Travel: Float to all medical surgical units at Skokie Hospital

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; Certification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required
Experience: Minimum of one-year of direct patient care experience required

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on med-surg units across Glenbrook Hospital based on areas of greatest need
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
