LPN Acute Care Transition Specialty Unit

UCHealth is seeking an LPN for our Acute Care Transition Specialty Unit, night shift. In this role, you’ll deliver direct bedside care, administer medications, and closely monitor patients as they transition between levels of care. Working within an academic, nonprofit system, you’ll collaborate with RNs, physicians, and a multidisciplinary team to support safe discharges, thorough education, and smooth care coordination.
