Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver specialized care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans for diverse Med-Surg rehab patients. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe transitions, functional recovery, and patient/family education. You will monitor complex conditions, administer medications, manage IVs and wound care, and document accurately in the EMR.
