We're seeking an Automotive Technician with import vehicle experience to join our growing service team. If you have experience diagnosing and repairing Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, Volkswagen, Mazda, or other import vehicles, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career. What You'll Do
* Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, drivability, and electrical concerns
* Perform brake, steering, suspension, and HVAC repairs
* Utilize OEM scan tools and factory diagnostic equipment
* Read and interpret wiring diagrams and factory service information
* Perform warranty repairs, recalls, and manufacturer campaigns
* Service and repair hybrid and electric vehicles
* Diagnose and repair Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
* Conduct vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance services
* Document repair recommendations and completed repairs accurately
* Collaborate with service advisors and parts personnel to ensure timely repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction
Compensation
Flat Rate Compensation | $60,000 - $125,000+ Earning Potential

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience
* Experience diagnosing and repairing import vehicles
* Automotive Technology education or equivalent hands-on experience
* Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to independently perform maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
* Commitment to quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and continuous learning
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* Must provide and maintain personal technician tools
Preferred Qualifications
* ASE Certifications (A1-A8)
* Manufacturer certifications
* Experience with OEM diagnostic equipment and factory repair procedures
* Hybrid, electric vehicle, and ADAS repair experience
