Clean Room Assembler - 1st Shift

<p>Volt is hiring <b>Clean Room Assemblers</b> for a busy manufacturing facility in <b>Camarillo, CA</b>.</p> <p>If you have assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you!</p> <p><b>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Maintain a sterile environment by following CGMP guidelines and clean room procedures.</li> <li>Measure, cut, position, and align tubing and small components for assembly.</li> <li>Clean work surfaces and equipment using alcohol and bleach solutions.</li> <li>Utilize hand tools such as cable guns, tubing spreaders, bag sealers, tubing cutters, and other assembly equipment.</li> <li>Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, work instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation.</li> <li>Determine the sequence of assembly and complete products according to specifications.</li> <li>Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations.</li> <li>Complete required production documentation, including batch and lot records.</li> <li>Inspect, clean, and verify components and finished assemblies.</li> <li>Report defects, malfunctions, or production issues to supervisors.</li> <li>Meet daily production and quality goals.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required.</li> <li>Ability to read and understand technical documents, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and Bills of Material (BOMs).</li> <li>Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li> <li>Strong communication and documentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to follow directions and seek clarification when needed.</li> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li> </ul> <p><b>Hourly Pay: $21.00/Hour </b></p> <p><b>Schedule: </b>1st shift schedules</p> <ul> <li>5:00 AM - 1:30 PM</li> <li>5:30 AM - 2:00 PM</li> <li>6:00 AM - 2:30 PM</li> </ul> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
