Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC PT license Minimum Education Requirement: Master's

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm. Weekend/on-call requirement: rotation between PT's as we increase PT's call decreases. Coverage areas: Fayette County, Nicholas County.
