We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Farmington Hills area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year!
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end-of-life care planning
- Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for
- Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
- Work independently, but never alone
- Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
- Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
- Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
