As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing academic and social-emotional support to students. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll tutor in classrooms, lead small groups, and mentor students to build skills, confidence, and strong attendance. You’ll track student progress, collaborate with teachers, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate.
