Assistant General Manager - Cafe Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000–$65,000

Assistant General Manager - Cafe Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of café management experience with a strong foundation in food and beverage operations

Assistant General Manager - Cafe Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead daily café and store operations alongside the general manager; serve as manager on duty when needed
- Coach, train, and support team members, fostering a positive and accountable culture
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management in relation to operational goals
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and proactively resolve customer concerns
- Monitor sales, cost of goods, labor, and operating expenses to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability
- Ensure high standards for food and beverage quality, inventory, merchandising, and retail presentation
- Support food and beverage preparation and menu initiatives
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards across all areas
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing and promotions to boost customer engagement and sales
