Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks a compassionate RN to provide skilled nursing care to residents in a person-centered, long-term care and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, treatments, and close monitoring of resident status. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise CNAs, and support residents’ dignity, independence, and quality of life.
