Production Supervisor

Our client, industry-leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department, supporting the production team to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, aligning successfully within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: CALEDONIA, MI

Pay Range: Based on the experience

Shift: 6:00am -4:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Lead and motivate production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve production issues promptly
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Monitor production metrics and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

What's Needed?

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
