Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead rehabilitation services at a partner healthcare facility. In this full-time leadership role, you’ll oversee physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, performance management, and collaboration with facility leadership to drive outcomes and census growth. You’ll guide clinical best practices, support documentation and EMR standards, mentor clinicians, and foster a collaborative, clinician-first culture aligned with Jackson’s nationwide therapy network.
