Mercy, a leading healthcare organization in the Midwest, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and dignity while supporting accurate clinical decision-making. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll partner with radiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include performing radiographic procedures per provider orders and Mercy protocols, applying radiation safety and ALARA principles, positioning patients, operating imaging equipment, and assessing image quality. You will document thoroughly in the EHR, adhere to infection prevention standards, and contribute to a clean, safe environment.
