Start Date: 4/27/2026
End Date: 5/7/2026
# of Days: 8
Weekly Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am to 5pm
Work Details:
• # of Support staff: 3
• Patient population/age: Adult & Some Cooperative Pediatrics
• EMR: Dentrix
Cases/Procedures:
• Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.
• Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required.
• Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.
• Additional notes: endo and os. slow paced office, looking for a doctor who is able to add production while doctor is out.

• State license required: Yes
• DEA: Not required but preferred
• Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state)
• Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: New TB Test
