Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1480 per week.

Shift: 6:45 PM - 6:45 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: - Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. - Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Special Requests: - Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. - In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license. - Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Unit Details: - Supports orthopedic and neurosurgical postoperative patients by encouraging movement, managing pain, and collaborating with surgeons and therapy teams.

Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. - Every other weekend required. - Holiday requirements: per unit need.

5 days maximum time off
