Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform and oversee complex exams, ensure image quality, and support accurate, timely diagnoses across an integrated, patient-centered health system. You will mentor sonographers, coordinate daily workflow, and collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams. The position emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and active participation in quality improvement and education initiatives.
