Local CDL A Home Daily Drivers | $24 Per Hour + Benefits | 2ndShift- No Touch | Lebanon, TN

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Lebanon, TN. This is a long-term FLEX assignment with the opportunity to move into a permanent position.

CDL A Driver Details
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri with occasional Saturday, 5PM Start, 10-14hr shifts
  • Pay: $24/hr + OT after 45
  • Route Type: Home daily, 250-300-mile radius
  • Freight / Load Type: General Freight
  • Handling: Drop and Hook, Live load / Live unload

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:
  • License: CDL A
  • Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate equipment on local routes
  • Transport palletized freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
  • Perform required handling tasks, including drop and hook and the occasional unload.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
  • Meet the physical demands of the role
