Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

• Perform physical therapy services under the direct supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, conducting assessments and interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement infection control protocols and uphold standards of safety to prevent the contamination and transmission of diseases during patient care activities.
• Continuously grow your professional knowledge by completing required continuing education courses and actively participating in in-service training programs.
• Utilize technology for essential job functions, such as electronic health records, to enhance communication and care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position requires working with a wide range of patients, spanning all age groups, who may be dealing with various medical conditions ranging from acute injuries to chronic illnesses. Qualifications
