We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a company that values its people as much as its customers.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and basic electrical systems
• Accurately diagnose equipment before recommending repairs or replacement
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Explain repair options to homeowners in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
• Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience servicing gas furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Comfortable using electrical meters, manometers, refrigerant gauges, and combustion analyzers
• Ability to diagnose systems before replacing parts
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification
• Experience with inverter-driven HVAC systems
• Experience using MeasureQuick or similar diagnostic software
• ServiceTitan experience
• Boiler service experience
