Acute Care Physical Therapist | Non-Profit Hospital | ~8 Patients/Day | $5K Sign-On

Position Highlights

• High-acuity caseload at a major non-profit hospital system (ICU, trauma, neuro, complex post-op)
• Acute experience preferred, strong new grads considered
• $5,000 sign-on bonus plus
• PSLF eligible
• Patient-centered model, 7-8 patients/day max
• 8-week structured onboarding with a senior preceptor
• Flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s), only 1-in-6 weekends, 22 days PTO

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Acute care experience preferred, but strong new grads will be considered
• Team player who adapts well to changing caseloads
• Servant-leader mindset
