Locum tenens anesthesiologist coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. About the Facility Location California offers a range of experiences suited to diverse interests, from coastal and outdoor recreation to cultural destinations and scenic natural landscapes. The state features notable attractions such as Alcatraz Island, the Golden Gate Bridge, Muir Woods National Monument, and the 17-Mile Drive, as well as destinations along the Southern California coast including Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier. Opportunities for outdoor activities, arts, theme parks, world-class museums, and local cuisine are available across the state's varied regions. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a supervision model, sitting own cases and supervising CRNAs at a 50% hands-on level, during day shifts at an operating room facility in California. The surgical case mix includes general, orthopedic, total joint, robotic, and gynecologic procedures; cardiac, neurological, and transplant cases are not included in this assignment. Experience with obstetric cases is helpful. Call coverage is negotiable, and board certification in Anesthesiology is required for all clinicians in this role.
