Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Weekend requirement: every weekend.
• Float requirement: must travel to multiple points of care.

Location Highlights

Corvallis offers access to both outdoor recreation and a walkable college-town setting. Avery Park and the Willamette River waterfront are within the city, and Oregon State University anchors the downtown area with museums, arts venues, and seasonal events.
