Are you mechanically inclined and thrive in a hands-on role? We’re looking for a Skilled Machine Operators and Packers to join our team and keep our production lines running smoothly and efficiently!
Location: Morganton
Shift: 12-Hour Shifts (Nights) 7p-7a 2.2.3 rotating schedule
Pay: Competitive wages + shift premiums + overtime opportunities ($19.76 - $22.77)
What You’ll Be Doing as Machine Operator and Packer:
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery
- Perform routine mechanical adjustments and minor repairs
- Monitor product quality and make real-time process adjustments
- Keep accurate records of production and downtime
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
