Restaurant Service Manager Qualifications:
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment -- always on the go
- 2-3 years experience in a leadership/supervisory role in Full-Service Dining
- A passion for loving the guest and is hospitality-focused
- Preference of no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- An understanding of the business of food service -- the ability to speak clearly about your P&L
