Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services across our Georgia care sites. In this role, you will perform complex exams, optimize image quality, and ensure patient safety and comfort. You will coordinate daily workflow, collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams, and support patient-centered, compassionate care. The Lead Sonographer also mentors staff and students, oversees equipment quality control, supports accreditation and regulatory compliance, and participates in continuous learning and quality improvement within our innovative, community-focused health system.
