Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $ - $

An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley is expanding its outpatient Primary Care APP team.

Position Highlights:

Independent patient panel
Team-based primary care model
Support-style APP role available for candidates not seeking a full panel
16–18 patients/day target
EPIC with AI scribes
Shared clinic call rotation; triage nurse takes first call, escalates to MDs if needed.
1:14 days weekday call
1:12 weekend call

Ideal Candidate:

3+ years primary care experience Comfortable practicing independently
Able to manage chronic and complex conditions

Compensation:

Starting salary ranges from $130K–$170K+ based on experience
RVU bonus opportunity available
$10K sign-on bonus
$10K relocation assistance
Potential additional $20K locality differential for Mill City location
34 days PTO year one
CME allowance + licensure reimbursement
