Quick Facts Location: Fort Carson, Colorado Start Date: 09/07/2026 End Date: 11/30/2027 Shift: Monday–Friday, 07:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexibility for occasional nights, weekends, or on-call) Hours per week: Up to 40 hours Employment Type: Contract, W-2 Licensure/Certs: Active, unrestricted medical license; DEA, BLS, ACLS preferred Experience: Minimum of 24 months in family medicine practice or training within the last 36 months Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $151.00 Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits Paid sick time in accordance with law Robust referral bonus program Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements where applicable Dedicated 24/7 team support throughout your assignment What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive primary care including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions Conduct physical examinations, health assessments, and preventive care Order and interpret diagnostic tests; coordinate referrals to specialists Educate patients on health management, positive health behaviors, and self-care Supervise and instruct healthcare staff, including educational sessions Maintain compliance with all clinical standards and protocols Document patient encounters accurately using electronic medical records What You Need MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Graduation from a recognized medical school with ECFMG certification (if applicable) Completion of ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine U.S. citizenship Active, unrestricted medical license Minimum of 24 months of clinical practice or training in the last three years Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently Nice to Have Board certification by ABMS or AOA Experience in military or federal healthcare settings Proficiency with EMR systems Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading military healthcare facility serving the Colorado military community.
