Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will evaluate patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery and develop individualized treatment plans to improve function, independence, and safety. You will deliver evidence-based OT interventions, recommend adaptive equipment, and provide caregiver training. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, track progress, and document in the electronic health record. Contribute to quality improvement, participate in family conferences, and pursue ongoing professional development within a supportive, team-oriented culture.
