How you will make history here…

Support the growth of V8 Energy and Pacific Plant-Based Beverage by delivering strong in-year execution, building foundational business acumen, and applying data and insights to drive continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in bringing brand strategies to life through cross-functional collaboration, disciplined execution, and a consumer-first mindset.

What you will do…

Transform consumer, shopper, and customer insights into clear, actionable opportunities that shape in-year brand decisions and improve business performanceBuild a strong understanding of category dynamics and human behavior to inform recommendations that unlock incremental growthBring brand strategy to life by translating positioning and guardrails into high-impact initiatives that drive relevance and consistency across touchpointsIdentify and act on near-term growth opportunities through a combination of performance analytics, competitive insights, and market trendsDrive business performance by translating data into clear narratives, identifying root causes, and recommending actions that improve in-year resultsEnable strong commercial execution by partnering cross-functionally to align plans, manage tradeoffs, and support delivery of financial and demand targetsContribute to the development and execution of innovation initiatives that strengthen the pipeline and deliver meaningful impact in marketSupport the delivery and optimization of integrated marketing plans by connecting insights, execution, and performance measurement to improve ROI

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)

Bachelor’s degree required4+ years of brand management experience in CPG or a related industry. Note that MBA will count for additional experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insightsDemonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionallyStrong communication and presentation skillsProactive, curious, and growth-oriented mindsetStrong business and financial acumen with analytical rigorAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between


$97,800-$134,500


Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
