Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians at Pike Medical Center.
- Work alongside a community-minded team
- Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.
- Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in emergency or family medicine with emergency medicine experience.
- New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance and promote team support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Busy emergency department with approximately 10,000 annual visits.
- 24-hour physician coverage model with 24-hour shifts possible.

Compensation:
- Well-rounded compensation package with base rates of $250/hr. days and $260/hr. nights
