Encompass Health seeks an Adult Rehabilitation Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehab setting. The SLP will evaluate adult patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans; and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient and family education, thorough documentation, participation in care conferences, and supporting a nurturing, dynamic environment that promotes functional recovery and long-term patient success.
