Full job description

SunArch is looking for LPNs to join our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) team. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about mental health, trauma-informed care, and working with youth in a therapeutic setting .

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patients' mental and physical health
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and coordinate psychiatric treatment
Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support

Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements
