Custom Fabrication Welder

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Custom Fabrication Welder to join our precision sheet metal team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will interpret blueprints, set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment, and produce high-quality custom metal components to exact specifications. Responsibilities include MIG/TIG welding, fitting, grinding, and finishing, inspecting work for accuracy, and following safety and quality standards. You’ll collaborate with engineers and assemblers, support continuous improvement, and help meet production goals in a clean, team-oriented, safety-focused environment.
