Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will implement Occupational Therapist–designed treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic activities that restore function, independence, and safety. Responsibilities include assisting with ADL training, mobility and transfers, patient and family education, and accurate clinical documentation.
