You will assess current digital capabilities, define roadmaps, and guide adoption of cloud, data, and automation solutions. Partnering with clinical, business, and IT leaders, you’ll translate needs into scalable architectures, oversee vendors, and ensure security and compliance. You’ll mentor teams, champion best practices, and drive continuous improvement to enhance patient and member digital experiences across web, mobile, and internal platforms.
