Camp Counselor

Marriott is seeking enthusiastic Camp Counselors to create safe, fun, and memorable experiences for children staying at our resort. In this role, you will lead age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and outdoor adventures while maintaining a secure, inclusive, and positive environment. You will supervise groups of children, manage check-in/check-out, communicate with parents, and follow all safety and emergency procedures. Working within Marriott’s people-first culture, you’ll collaborate with hospitality teams, support special events, and model professionalism, integrity, and exceptional guest service every day.
