Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
* BLS required
Assignment Details
* Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* Shift days: Monday through Friday
* Weekend rotation required: 2 weekends during the assignment, with 2 weekdays off during the week
* Floating not required
* Inpatient rehab setting
* Documentation system: Meditech
* Equipment includes hi-low mats, Nustep, II bars, steps, balls, weights, car simulator, Bioness L200 and H300, and BITS interactive computer system
* Dress code: Black scrubs and closed shoes
