RN Specialty Coordinator- GYN OR

Cone Health is seeking an RN Specialty Coordinator for the GYN OR to lead and coordinate perioperative nursing care for gynecologic surgical patients. This role manages case scheduling, prepares rooms and equipment, and ensures adherence to safety and infection control standards. The coordinator collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams, serves as a clinical resource and mentor for OR nurses, supports staff education, and participates in quality improvement initiatives within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
