Binder Operator

TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a Binder Operator to support high-impact public affairs and advocacy campaigns by producing high-quality printed materials. In this on-site role, you will set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment to finish reports, books, and collateral used in strategic communications and policy advocacy. You will read job tickets, ensure accurate cutting, folding, and binding, and perform quality checks throughout production. Working in a collaborative, hands-on environment, you’ll partner with account and production teams, manage multiple deadlines, uphold safety and maintenance standards, and help ensure timely delivery of polished, client-ready materials.
