Full job description

Locum CRNA needed to start in August and working 3 months assignment with option to extend at a facility near Ashland, KY.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8‘s.
  • Cases: General, Ortho, Uro, ENT, Endo, Basic peds, minimal vascular & OB. No Neuro. OB can be optional.
  • Call: Not much call but will be discussed on phone interview.
  • Supervision: 1:3/1:4.
  • Credentialing: 30 - 60 days. Emergency Privs Available.
  • EMR: EPIC.
  • $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
  • $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
  • $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
