Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 6 months within the last 6 months.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months. Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months. RNs are required to titrate drips. Must be able to decrease cardiac drips per physicians’ orders and parameters. Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips. MS/Tele travelers do not need prior travel experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Strong cardiac telemetry background preferred, ideally 2 years.

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Unit Details: Cares for ED hold patients awaiting inpatient bed placement, primarily MS/Tele. Cares for more telemetry patients than medical patients. Common titratable and/or set-rate drips: Cardizem, Heparin, Amiodarone. No monitor tech in the ED. No vents. May be asked to help with ED patients including vitals, IV starts, and medication administration, but will not be the primary RN for ED patient assignments.

Shift & Scheduling: Ability to self-schedule; however this could change from time to time. 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule. Must work 2 of 4 major holidays. No call required.

Floating Requirements: First to float. Would float to med/surg/tele/overflow units and CRMC/MGMC EDs as needed.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
