Medical Director - Community Health

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a Clinic Director Licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient clinic within our healthcare partner network. In this on-site role, you will balance hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, overseeing daily operations, supervising clinical and support staff, and ensuring regulatory and documentation compliance. You will collaborate closely with referral sources and internal teams, drive quality and performance metrics, and foster a supportive, patient-centered culture that reflects WSi’s integrity- and service-driven values while impacting community health outcomes.
