Building Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Building Maintenance Technician to support safe, welcoming facilities for clients and staff. In this role, you’ll perform preventive and routine maintenance, minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks, safety checks, and basic repairs across residential and program sites. You’ll respond to work orders, coordinate with vendors, and maintain clean, functional spaces that reflect our trauma-informed, client-centered values.
