What You'll Do

• Assist with production equipment and machine operations
• Help with machine setups and product changeovers
• Clear jams and keep production running smoothly
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Work with a team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working in a hot, dusty warehouse environment
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and stay active throughout a 12-hour shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required
