Executive Chef
Our company is seeking an Executive Chef to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking, hands-on leader who knows how to get things done and communicates clearly and effectively.
The ideal candidate is passionate about food and beverage, committed to creating memorable guest experiences, and driven to build a strong, successful team. Executive Chef Requirements
- 5+ years of culinary management experience
- Proven track record of success and career progression
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to mentor, develop, and motivate a team
- Hands-on approach with a strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and properly functioning kitchen and equipment
- Familiarity with Aloha and Schedulefly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems
Executive Chef Duties
- Curate and execute the restaurant's menu, including seasonal specials
- Attend and actively participate in weekly management meetings
- Regularly engage with staff and ensure the team consistently upholds restaurant standards
- Place, receive, and manage orders with vendors
- Lead by example and actively participate in service alongside the team
- Recruit, train, and develop culinary team members
- Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and execution
