Associate Direct Support Manager

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to join our Community & Social Services team in our nonprofit and social services program. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while assisting the Direct Support Manager with daily operations, staff coordination, and quality assurance. You’ll model person-centered care, ensure safety and compliance, support community integration, and mentor Direct Support Professionals.
