Lead Machine Operator – Food Manufacturing

Cargill is hiring a Machine Operator Leader to oversee daily equipment operation in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead a small crew, set up and operate production machinery, and monitor line performance to meet safety, quality, and volume targets. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, coordinate changeovers, document production data, and uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards. As a key partner in a culture of integrity and continuous improvement, you will coach team members, support training, and help drive initiatives that enhance reliability and efficiency across the line.
