Registered Nurse

VNS Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide part-time home care to patients in the Bronx. In this field-based role, you’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and teach patients and families disease management and safety in the home. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate services, document care in the EHR, and escalate changes in condition.
