We're hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 284-unit community, and we're interviewing this week. Apply today and you could hear back fast.

What you'll earn

  • $23-$25/hour, based on experience
  • Up to 50% off rent if you want to live on-site

What you'll do

  • Handle day-to-day repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
  • Work service tickets and keep the property in top shape
  • Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right

What you need

  • 1+ year of maintenance experience (or equivalent training or education)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Live within 30 minutes of the property
  • HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. No nights or weekends, apart from paid rotating on-call.
